There have been some changes !
I have dedicated two classes a week to Hatha Yoga 
Tues. and Thurs. at 7:30 pm

All yoga is Hatha Yoga. This class is recommended for first timers and beginners.
The class endeavors to meet the needs of the individuals present.
Pace is much slower allowing for deeper understanding and experience of the postures.
Breathing, stilling the chattering mind, understanding chakras,  learning to engage the bandas.
fundamental standing, sitting , balancing and twisting postures with introduction to inversions.
This is not aerobic, heat creating or physically intense.
Breath, release, relax and connect.
